¼cupmaple syrup
1cupsoaked raw cashews3-4 hours in room-temperature filtered water
1teaspoonground cardamom¼ cup any berries you likeor a mixture
Instructions
Into a food processor or high-power blender, place the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, maple syrup, cashews, and cardamon. Blend for approximately 2 minutes (or until fluffy and smooth).
Into serving bowls, pour mixture and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Top with reserved zest and fresh berries, and serve.
